RMA

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a seller's formal approval to accept a returned or complained-about product.

Every case handled under an RMA procedure receives a unique RMA number that identifies it at every stage — from accepting the ticket, through shipping and diagnostics, to closing the case. The number lets the warehouse recognize an expected parcel, and lets the support team find the case history without digging through email.

In practice, an RMA system replaces spreadsheets and loose correspondence with a single, orderly register of returns and complaints.

In Reklamator, the RMA number is assigned automatically when a ticket is created, and its status is visible both to your team and to the customer tracking the case.
